How to Order:

To order, purchase directly from our website or comment on the Facebook group and you will receive an invoice. 



Shipping is based on weight. We do offer local pick up in Hardin Valley.

*FNF Ships USPS first class mail. You will be provided tracking via email and an update made on your order status.




Speckled Frogs WILL accept exchanges and/or store credit. Store credit is valid for 60 calendar days, at which time it will go void if unused, there are no exceptions to this. The item MUST be returned within 5 business days of receipt. The item must have original tagging, no signs of wear etc. Speckled Frogs reserves the right to refuse a return/exchange if we feel the item was damaged after receipt and/or worn.
We hope this will ease some of your buying worries. Size charts (when available) will be provided and located in the FILES section of this page.

The return policy is located in the files/notes section of the page. There ARE instances where we have helped another shop out by going in on an order and we will NOT offer returns. This is at our discretion and will be noted in the listing. We will not refund due to items taking longer than expected unless it is a holiday item and the holiday will be missed by the delay. This is primarily for our orders overseas. We cannot control delays in shipping from overseas OR US suppliers. We are told a date and that is what we have to go by. If delays occur we will communicate that but this is not grounds for refund. There will be exceptions at the discretion of Speckled Frogs Women's Clothing.

On your invoice is standard turn around time for ALL my businesses in general. If there is a specific/guaranteed turn around it will be noted in the listing info also. Otherwise, standard is 3-4 weeks. Does it take that long? Usually not, but, I have a small child and I do all the physical work myself therefore I need some cushion days incase of emergency.

We invoice when half the pack is filled. That is a pre-order. There will be instances where items will be ready to ship and that information will be posted for you. Just because you comment on an item does not mean it's being ordered. Most companies purchase in runs, which is 2-2-2 S-M-L or 2-2-2-2 S-M-L-XL, when half, so 3 or 4 depending on the run are filled we will invoice. This also applies to PLUS items.

Invoices are due within 24 hours of your Facebook tag that it has been sent. Invoicing takes my admins FOREVER, so please don't waste their time. If your a first time customer, your invoice may likely end up in your spam folder or junk. If you know you commented to purchase something and received a tag that you were invoiced please do your part to locate your invoice. Invoices will be cancelled at the end of 24hours. After 3 cancellations you will be removed from the group. If you commit to an item by commenting you are committing to payment for that item. If an item is ordered in good faith and you neglect to finalize payment you will be immediately removed from the group.

You are required to leave your email size and state to purchase. We also ask that you list local pick up or ship. IF you fail to leave this information you will be charged shipping and it will not be edited. There are many many people in this group and it is impossible for the admin to know if you are pick up or ship. This also applies to charging tax. If you do not indicate your state you will be charged Tennessee State Sales Tax and this will not be removed.

If you are picking up in Hardin Valley, please join the pick up group. Frills N Fluff and Speckled Frogs Pick Up Group. This is where you will be tagged when your item is ready for pick up. This is also where the address for pick up can be located.

We use both over seas and US suppliers. Things coming from China are subject to have slight differences than stock photos. Please understand we do our very best to use the highest quality suppliers, but we are not in China and returning products to them isn't very easy.
